You have a product or a service to sell. You are ready to tell the world about it. But, how? Marketing & Branding Essentials is for you.
In 15 hours over 6 weekly sessions, we cover the basics of branding and marketing your business using the framework of The Marketing Bridge to understand how customers move from being completely unaware of your business to becoming repeat, loyal (raving) fans!
Each week focuses on one stage of that journey and the marketing tools that help move customers across the bridge.
Understand the critical difference between branding and marketing – and how they work together to drive business growth. We’ll define what you’re really selling and why clarity here changes everything.
Learn how to reach the right audience and ensure they truly understand your value. We’ll identify your ideal customer and craft messaging that connects and resonates.
Turn interest into trust – and trust into action. This week focuses on building credibility, overcoming objections, and guiding your audience toward saying yes.
Explore how every interaction shapes your brand. From first touchpoint to delivery, we’ll look at how to create a seamless and memorable customer experience.
Discover how to turn happy customers into loyal advocates. We’ll cover retention strategies, referrals, and how strong relationships fuel sustainable growth.
Bring it all together into a clear, actionable marketing plan. You’ll leave with a simple, strategic roadmap you can confidently execute.

The first class is required, and we strongly recommend attending every session. If you have to miss a week, please let your facilitator know and coordinate a time to cover missed material.
If you want to dive deeper into a specific concept or cover a topic that isn’t addressed in class, we recommend working individually with a Business Coach.
