Chart Your Path to Resilient Growth

This 8-part workshop series (+ kick-off and capstone) is designed to help small business owners stabilize, adapt, and grow with intention. Through a focused journey of assessment, strategy, and resilience-building, participants will gain the tools and clarity needed to move their businesses from reaction to action. Each session blends practical guidance with strategic insight, equipping leaders to not only recover but thrive in a changed business landscape. Choose the workshops that are the right fit for you and your business, or register for the whole series.

In between each themed workshop sessions (assessment, strategy and resilience), we will offer free group coaching. This will create space for peer learning, accountability, and individualized support as participants apply workshop concepts to their own businesses. Participants will be invited to sign up after they register for corresponding workshops. See below for dates.

  • Kickoff: Welcome & Orientation – Setting the Stage for Resilience
    Date: Monday, July 7, 2025; 5:30 -7:30 p.m. – Virtual
  • Workshop 1: Stabilize & Assess – Mapping Your Business’s Critical Assets and Threats
    Date: Monday, July 14, 2025; 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Emi Kubota
    In this session, you’ll take stock of your business’s most essential resources – your team, infrastructure, inventory, data, and cash – and identify potential vulnerabilities or threats. You’ll work to benchmark these assets, assess immediate risks, and begin building a foundation for informed decision-making.
  • Workshop 2: Know Your Numbers – Financial Reality Check for Recovery
    Date: Monday, July 28, 2025; 5:30-8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Audra Gaiziunas
    This workshop provides a candid look at your financial health through key metrics: liabilities, assets, revenue streams, and accounts receivable. You’ll walk away with a clear financial snapshot that shows where your business stands today – and what that means for recovery.
  • Workshop 3: Leading Forward – Building Adaptive, Resilient Leadership Teams
    Date: Monday, August 11, 2025; 5:30-8:30 pm – In Person
    Facilitator: Tracy Eames
    This session explores the mindset and skillset leaders need during uncertain times – balancing grit, compassion, clarity, and adaptability. You’ll assess your leadership team’s current strengths, define short & long-term goals, and create a response structure rooted in resilience.
  • Workshop 4: Reimagine & Reinvent – Scenario Planning for a Stronger Business Model
    Date: Monday, August 25, 2025; 5:30-8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Emi Kubota
    Ready to rethink your business model? This workshop guides you through scenario planning, business model testing, and customer rediscovery to unlock creative, future-ready strategies. You’ll leave with a refreshed perspective on what’s possible and how to build toward it.
  • Workshop 5: Recovering with Intention – Designing a Lean Financial Strategy
    Date: Monday, September 8, 2025; 5:30-8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Amanda Bell
    This workshop teaches you how to prioritize spending, uncover new revenue opportunities, and develop a practical, fundable strategy. You’ll also examine options for renegotiating debt, engaging capital partners, and making structural financial changes that support long-term resilience.
  • Workshop 6: Plan to Prosper – Setting the Course for Strategic Growth
    Date: Monday, September 22, 2025; 5:30-8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Amanda Bell
    Build your strategy into a system with this hands-on quarterly planning workshop. Learn how to define measurable growth goals, set accountability rhythms, and align your leadership team around shared priorities.
  • Workshop 7 : Stronger Together – Building a Purpose-Driven, High-Performing Team
    Date: Monday, October 6, 2025; 5:30- 8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Tracy Eames
    Your team is your greatest asset, and this session is all about building one that’s aligned, motivated, and ready for what’s next. Learn how to cultivate a values-driven workplace culture, reinforce strategic clarity, and grow leadership at every level.
  • Workshop 8: Secure the Future – Financial Systems for Sustainable Growth
    Date: Monday, October 20, 2025; 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. – In Person
    Facilitator: Audra Gaiziunas
    In this session, you’ll learn how to track the right metrics, increase margins, strengthen your cash position, and prepare your business for long-term growth. Explore how to align your financial practices with innovation, scalability, and profitability.
  • Capstone Workshop: Forward by Design – Building Your Resilience Roadmap
    Date: Monday, November 3; 5:30 – 8:30 pm – In Person
    This culminating session invites you to step back and look at the full arc of your building resilience journey. Through guided reflection, peer exchange, and strategic planning exercises, you will distill key takeaways from the series and build a customized Resilience Roadmap: a living plan that brings together their assessments, strategies, and next-step goals for long-term growth.

Financial Investment:

  • Program Fee: $15 fee per workshop or a $100 fee to enroll in all program sessions.
