I love following my curiosities and treat photography as a memory-holder\, as an idea palace\, as therapy\, and as healer. I aim to create work which peers behind the scenes of our place in the world\, and revel in seeking out observations of the desire or conflict in the balance between all things.\nPersonal interests include meandering through flea markets\, overheard conversations\, and all manner of pancakes.

SUMMARY:Craft Your Commerce Connect | Grow with Intention: A Skills and Strategy Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Do you need help running your business but aren’t sure what tasks to hire out? \nIn this interactive workshop\, tools are provided to help you identify what facets of your business you are most highly skilled in and what pieces make the most sense (time\, budget\, and skills wise) to outsource to others.  We will take time as a group to complete a personal skill assessment and break into smaller groups with fellow creative business owners to discuss our findings. Getting really clear about what knowledge\, skills\, and abilities to hire for makes creating job postings a breeze and helps you find candidates who are the best fit for the job. \nAbout the Presenter: \nJillian Wright\, PHR (she/her/hers) is a certified HR professional with over eighteen years of experience working in anti-racist\, anti-oppression centered people operations (aka HR) for non-profit and mission-driven workplaces. She started Begin Again HR to provide intentional\, inclusive HR support for value-driven companies that care deeply about their people. \nJillian’s passion for people-support and behavioral psychology in the workplace along with her deep personal commitment to social justice as a member of the queer community has fueled her desire to help leaders create workplaces where their people can shine. \nWhen she’s not working\, Jillian enjoys dancing\, hiking\, reading\, and building forts with her two energetic kiddos.
